Sorry to burst your bubble, but nobody has this version as it was never posted for download and has only ever been shown in renders.
The one that was available on the site has a completely different set of textures (at a glance, that one is grey while the new one is brown) and is built from a totally different Connie model.

dual aft gun mounts.
thicker and lengthened support structure.
standard tmp era nacelles.
and the butt nekkid chick on the aft section of the saucer.
oh i forgot the redux of the nacelle supports struts.
WZ45. no offense but it's the same as the one i got off of Battleclinic about this time last year.
the model is one that isn't up there anymore, along with a bunch that i've been hunting for.
i tweaked out the nekkid chick because my daughter would ask me "is she coild daddy? cuase it's coild in space."
i of course would ask here how did she know that space is cold and why would you ask? and she of course would reply that the lady's koon-dingy(that's korean for butt) is out and that she learned that it's cold in space from watching NOVA at school.

believe me, there are a lot of things different, not just the texture set, and the pylons. But you need the actual model to really notice(or some really good screen shots).
that's why she's the "white whale".
kinda like a a few of my ships, that only 3 people including myself only have.
but don't worry, he may still release it...when he gets bored enough to conjure another spectre to torment us with.

As Atolm already pointed out, there are several differences in the details and parts, some of which were never on the old versions. Different hull, thicker extended neck, totally different pylons, totally different impulse drive, altered deflector dish, the already-mentioned paint job. Plus the fact this one isn't even playable. Are all these changes slap-you-in-the-face-obvious? Only to those who are familiar with it. Regardless, it's not important for anyone else to notice the difference, it's only important for me to.
And the chick is not and never has been butt naked.

Given the amount of shots you have shown us I could produce a texture set for the Constitution_Argentina which the lower hull and the section under the saucer would be close to. The Engines I think you might have released, if not they can be modified from the Terran_Resurrection to fit the front area. The only real problem would be the making of the impulse engines and turrets.
Well ok the real problem is I would have to get off my lazy @$$ to do any of this, so I know it will not happen.

Sure, someone could replicate the general appearance - especially with most of the parts already available - but nobody can make it 100% exact. After all, the whole point of me not releasing it is a matter of principle. There isn't much purpose in having a personal, custom ship if everyone out there can fly it.
I could avoid any chance whatsoever of "bootleg" versions entirely by not showing any pictures of it either, but of course, there's no point in having a personal, custom ship if nobody can see it.
Regardless, I'd like to think most people around here have enough creativity in them that they could come up with their own customized Constitution class...or any other ship for that matter.
