i was wondering where everyone place the terran empire ship in sfc 2 and op?, for me at this time there only in op as the sindicate, since there like mafia i put them with the sindicate , also more variant of the terran empire would be cool, for tmp and tos, since its only the texture it would be easy to do.

If you're installing the Terran Empire ships into OP for your personal pleasure, then I would think that anywhere would be fine.
If you're trying to construct a Mirror Universe mod, then I would think that it's your choice where to place the ships.
Either way, I think it's a personal preference.

sure but since youo can't add a new race in eaw or op, you need to put it somewhere where you will never be alied ;D

If I would use the Terran Empire in a mod, I'd place 'em in the Federation role. I would also change the other species/races/governments accordingly. No Romulans, Klingons still a threat, and maybe fill in a unique race or two, one replacing Romulans, etc. For OP, I'd fill in some pirates as actually something along the role of Maquis, only they're retaliating against the Terran Empire, not against Cardassians (as I said, something like the Maquis, but not actually the Maquis. In fact, I'd think if it were set in the 24th century, the Cardassians would actually try helping these resistance members. Why this? Because when it comes to the Mirror Universe (aside from the only TOS episode featuring it), I go by Diane Duane's novel, " Star Trek: The Next Generation - Dark Mirror". It has a better take on what happened the past century with the Mirror Universe. I'd ever-so-rarely would match up the two universes fighting. This is mainly because of some of the physics that are involved, especially when the main mission of the Mirror Universe's Enterprise-D is revealed. I won't reveal any of it because it would be a spoiler, and it is a wonderful wonderful book to read. Diane Duane always brings out wonderful Trek stories. So if I were to bring out the Terran Empire, I definately would remake the entire shiplist, no matter what SFC game it is. But if I were to add some Fed ships in the Mirror Universe, or Imperial ships in our universe, it would be very minor and set in the 24th century, involving a device used in this novel, and I'd put it in the "monsters" area. I'm not sure if I'd even do that, unless someone helped me change it so the mission would be an almost-complete no-win scenario unless something clever would be done to return the ship to the other universe in some way.

I think one of the Pirate slots would be good. :-D

If you want a Terran Empire versus Federation conflict without being bound by actual physics and without being bound by a more-strictly "Mirror" idea of this parallel universe, I say put it in the ISC slot, replace those ships with Terran Empire ships.

in op yea, but in eaw the isc is not a good place, but something like the romulan would be good.

I'd make'em Monsters, or some Pirate race replacement, like Prime.
Other than that, a Total Conversion to replace the Feds with them.
