It's been a while, but it should be the bars on the top-left of the FX0 texture. Colors might be a hit and miss, as I seem to remember in-game not wanting to match the colors on the texture itself. You'll just have to do some trial and error testing to get what you're after.

its not in the textures folder ,i have changed all the fx bmps and nothing

The main colour is hardcoded, (I think GaW hexedited the main exe to change the colour). It is possible to change the colour of the phaser using the texture files. The texture to alter is fx1.bmp, if you open that up in a graphical editor you should see a grey rectangle near the middle altering this alters how the phaser looks. If you add colour to the grey rectangle then it will be combined with the hardcoded colour, although darker colours seem to take more precedence. Here is an example that you can try for yourself. The blue rectangle is what was painted over the grey, I think this texture was used in ToS the Final Frontier. This texture was not done by me. Note that all types of Phaser will be this colour not just one.
