This is the Apex class, designed and meshed by Azel/Atolm - I'm adding a few mesh details and texturing her for him :-)

cool might i suggest fixin some of the smoothin groups on the bridge area? looks really really round. besides that nice work

cool might i suggest fixin some of the smoothin groups on the bridge area? looks really really round. besides that nice work Thanks, since I use one program to do all of the uv mapping and another for rendering/modelling, everytime I make a change to the uv map, I have to reimport the model into the modelling program - so there's no point fiddling with smoothing groups until I've finished texturing, but yes you are right! hehe

I think its a destroyer or maybe a CL for the advanced era, (premonition, ent-J ect) if you look at atolms original drawing it doesn't appear very alrge.

I'm rebuilding the mesh of this as I just can't get the textures like the original picture with the mesh that we've got. I think that Azel is pleased with how it's progressing - I've sent him a few renders - at work atm so I don't have them handy, but if Azel can upload them here that would be fab... hint hint ;-)

LOL I can't remember...I have no place of my own... Azel, dude! What are ya like? :-p Right, first off, I know it has a hole in it, I know it's not smoothed, and I know there's a "dent" down the side...lol It's a very early model, and I'm very rusty at modeling!
